You can either kill Curtis or leave immediately and disarm the bomb located on the monorail. It is located inside the monorail train itself, hidden in a wall vent. Talk to Hsu and you should be rewarded with 500 Exp for your troubles, compared to the 350 XP when you fail to diffuse the bomb.
What happens if the monorail explodes?
After the train explodes, report it back to Hsu, and then the quest ends, with one gaining caps and Fame, but a lesser XP reward of 350. With the monorail destroyed, one will need a very good reputation with the NCR to complete “No, Not Much.”

- Get tower code from Boyd,
- Wait outside tower but hidden until 12-1am.
- Sneak into tower, and stay at bottom of stairs.
- When prompted run to the monorail and disarm the bomb.

Also, as the Harbinger, you’re not the leader, it would be better described as an adviser to the council of Companions. The guards respawning every three days in the past was too often. Now rather than waiting and farming them the best bet is just to use the vendortron as your normal shop for selling loot etc. Whenever they’re there kill them and loot their gear.
